Comeback Yoga teacher, Kelly W., leads a seated yoga class that can be done at your desk, in a wheelchair or on the couch.

Navy veteran and Comeback Yoga instructor, Dan, leads a mindful 10 minute yoga class. Modifications available throughout. Open to all abilities.

Chair yoga sequence focusing on neuroplasticity. Great for those with dementia or alzheimers. Also perfect for those who are in a wheelchair or hospital bed.

Join Margot for a 10 minute standing balance class that will help you move toward better stability and mobility.

Join Melissa for a short energizing flow that will get you up and moving any time of day.

Army vet and Comeback Yoga instructor, Dre, leads two Navy veterans, Dan and Cody, in a challenging yoga sequence. All abilities welcome.

Join Kelly in a 10 minute standing flow that can be modified using a chair for balance.

Navy veteran and Comeback Yoga teacher, Dan, leads an active 20 minute yoga flow. Modifications available, all abilities welcome. Joined by retired Navy veteran Doug and his wife Carol.

Comeback Yoga teacher, Rachel L., leads a chair yoga class with 2 female veterans. You can do this class at your desk, in a wheelchair, or on the couch.

Army vet and Comeback Yoga teacher, Dre, leads a quick 8 minute breathing class. He is joined by Navy veterans Cody and Dan. All abilities welcome.

Comeback Yoga teacher, Kelly, leads an active flow for 30 minutes. All abilities welcome.

Join Ned in a 10 minute yoga flow that will get you up and moving at the beginning of your day.

Join Kelly for a 20 minute active flow that includes sitting and standing postures. All abilities welcome.

Navy veteran, Dan, leads an 8 minute stretching session.

Marine Corps vet, Brett R. guides you through a Veterans Yoga flow.

Enjoy a chair yoga class with Margot. This 10 minute sequence is all done from the comfort and stability of a chair. Use this practice to get moving from the safety of your own home and your chair.
