Tonya

Tonya has practiced yoga for over 30 years and began teaching yoga in 2006 to bring anxiety relief and resiliency to others.

She has trauma-informed yoga training and over 300 hours training in the therapeutics of yoga.

When she isn't teaching yoga or working one on one with individuals, she is in her garden or in nature. She loves to give back to the Veteran community in Fort Collins and beyond.
