Linda started practicing yoga in 2018 as a way to connect with new neighbors after moving. In the process, she discovered the importance of yoga’s breathwork, meditation and movement in living with chronic illness (lupus). Wanting to share yoga’s benefits with others, she decided to expand her practice, completing her 200- hr yoga teacher training in January, 2024. Soon thereafter, Linda was thrilled find trauma-informed yoga training and Comeback Yoga!
Linda loves traveling, hiking, gardening, reading, practicing Spanish, and spending time with her spouse, adult son, and dog.
