She is an outdoor person and has found her groove in mountain living with her husband and cat. Michelle has been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for 8.
500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga 4 Life (Para Yoga) and nationally graduated in Yoga Therapy in 2018, Michelle uses the principles of alignment, to restore balance, increase strength and manage personal awareness. She adapts smooth, yet powerful yoga techniques, movement, breath work, meditation and relaxation to mindful grounding, postural ease with a deep connection of the heart wisdom.
She currently works actively in medical clinics as a Yoga Therapist.
I chose to teach the military community to give back to those who have given so much for us and because they have the right above all for the best care and help to live a peaceful life.
Through the practice of yoga they can find awareness of their body and calmness of their mind.
