Stephen’s yoga journey is rooted in consistency, curiosity, and a deep respect for the practice as both discipline and refuge. As a teacher with Comeback Yoga, he brings a grounded, steady presence to the mat, blending strength and stillness while creating a safe, supportive space where veterans are empowered to explore their practice and listen to their bodies.
