Amy came to yoga to find relief from back pain in 2002.  She has stayed with yoga because she finds the intersection of breath, movement and meditation to be transformative.  She enjoys the gift of this shared practice with playful preschoolers, mindful middle schoolers, and adults of every stage and age of life - even older adults well into their nineties!  Amy has been practicing and guiding gentle, trauma-informed yoga since 2010.
