Caitlin's classes invite students to explore the practice at their own pace with a focus on how the practice feels in the moment. She holds a RYT-200 certification, is trained in Restorative Yoga, and foundational TCTSY (Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga).
Driven by her commitment to social justice and mental health, Caitlin is pursuing a Master's in Social Work, further deepening her understanding of trauma-informed practices. She is passionate about supporting veterans, believing that yoga is a powerful practice for healing and building resilience.
