CAT S.

Cat Stone’s yoga practice began in 2002 as a seva student at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts. In 2015, she graduated from the Yoga Teacher Training program at Old Town Yoga. She has offered yoga classes in clinics, homes, studios, community spaces, online, and outdoors. Before teaching yoga, she taught outdoor education, worked on organic farms, and traveled – as well as completing programs in permaculture design, therapeutic massage, reiki, and courses with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). Cat holds a Masters in Education from Colorado State University. Yoga is a practice that grounds and uplifts, strengthens and softens, inspires personal knowledge and growth, and is both deeply solitary and communal - Cat seeks, joyfully, to cultivate and share these practices for the benefit of all.
