DANA H.

Dana is a veteran with 30 years of service in the Air National Guard, active-Duty Air Force, and Air Force Reserve. She has been teaching yoga for 22 years in base gyms, health clubs, yoga studios, aircraft hangar floors, conference rooms, schools, and community parks. 

What draws Dana to the practice are connection, healing, and empowerment. Even when practicing yoga in a room full of strangers, the power of breath and positive energy can unite the group and generate empathy and compassion among the collective. This connection can lead to a path of healing for body mind, and soul, which can elevate and empower us to bring light where there was darkness.
