Since taking her first yoga class in 1997, Sandy has continually evolved her practice and appreciation for the profound benefits that yoga provides, both on and off the mat. An outdoor enthusiast who loves to hit the trails as well as the slopes, Sandy knows firsthand how important yoga can be to remaining healthy and active at every age and stage of life.  

As a yoga instructor, E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, she is excited to help veterans and their loved ones discover and explore the many ways yoga can support and enhance their overall health and wellness. With every class, her goal is to create a safe and inviting space that encourages students to move with confidence and ease while building strength, improving balance and having fun!
